Marriage & Family Therapist

What's it like to be in therapy?

It might feel a bit intimidating if you are new to it. It's probably different than you imagine.

As your counselor, it's important for you to know that we will focus on what is most important to you and go as fast or slow as you choose.

I pay a lot of attention to how your thoughts, feelings, and actions work together. We will also explore what you learned about how the world works, particularly relationships. Your unique perspective can shape how you process experiences and the choices you make.

I often do an initial consultation to understand your specific situation and talk through the process with you.
